Matthew Langlois

Managing Director

Matthew is an operations specialist in the services industry. With over 20 years’ experience at TBM, Matthew has held key roles and is now the Managing Director of TBM. In this role, Matthew is responsible for maintaining the exceptional delivery of projects, events and services that TBM is renowned for. Matthew has two key objectives for the team at TBM – delivering quality and reliable services while providing a personalised partnership for clients.

Clem Wildermuth

Group Accountant (since 2004)

Clem is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience providing financial management and corporate governance services for a range of businesses and local councils. In his role as Group Accountant at TBM, Clem is responsible for the financial governance of the business and the key commercial details in tender proposals.

Narelle Collins

Administration Manager (since 2004)

Narelle is an experienced administration management professional with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Since joining TBM in 2004, Narelle has responsibility for all aspects of the office management including the administration staff, accounts, insurances and compliance to business management systems.

Simon Potter

Business Development Manager

With over 25 years’ experience in the service industry, Simon has a detailed knowledge of TBM’s products, capability and what is required to ensure the safe delivery of efficient services. As both the Business Development Manager and the Occupational Health & Safety Leader in TBM’s business, Simon is responsible for safe and compliant operations, preparation of tenders and quotations, contract management and development of new business.

Sybil Mandryk

Contracts Administrator and Quality Manager

Sybil brings to TBM over 35 years of business, compliance and quality management experience in commercial and legal practice. In her role in Contracts Administration and Quality Management, Sybil leads and assures the compliance of TBM’s corporate Quality Management Systems and is responsible for the contract administration of our new and existing business.

Robert Langlois

Business Consultant

With over 30 years’ experience in the cleaning and service industry, Robert has grown the TBM business to a trusted, reliable and committed service delivery partner for many companies and events. Robert is currently responsible for the implementation of project operations to ensure the effective delivery of contracts as promised, including procurement, logistics and schedule management.
