Robert will be responsible for contract compliance, procurement and logistics, and overall implementation timetables.

    Clem is a Chartered Accountant with 23 years’ experience in both the commercial and professional practice. Clem is responsible for the financial and administration aspects of each proposal.

  • Narelle Collins

    Narelle Collins

    Administration Manager (since 2004)

    Narelle has been in various facets of the service industry for the past 30 years including her time with TBM for over 9 years. Narelle is responsible for the company’s cashflow, insurances and staff payroll including legislation. Narelle oversees an administrative staff of five personnel at its Head Office.

    Peter has more than twenty years’ experience as a Marketing and Development Manager and his responsibilities include contract administration and negotiations of new contracts.

  • Craig Wilson

    Craig Wilson

    State Contracts Manager (since 2000) / WH & S Officer

    Craig has been working alongside Robert and with TBM since 2000 and has been working in the cleaning industry for over 30 years. Craig is responsible for the management and operations in Queensland which includes sites from far north Queensland and south to below the New South Wales border. His skills include staff and stock management, liaison with clients on general day to day issues, as well as site visits and quotations.

    Project Manager (since 2001)

    Matthew has had over 10 years’ experience in project management for Event cleaning services as well as overseeing security and grounds maintenance contracts. Matthew’s experiences have been gained over a variety of contract types including industrial, commercial, entertainment, sporting and hospitality. Since 2010 Matthew has successfully project managed the cleaning services at the Ekka for the RNA.

    Office / Quality Manager (since 2007)

    Sybil has been with TBM since 2007 and has numerous years’ experience in the business and legal sectors. During her time at TBM she has been an integral part of the company’s Quality Management System ensuring its continued accreditation and improvement.
