For a number of years, TBM has been providing maintenance services to various clients in the greater Brisbane area. The service areas of emergent, safety, routine and programmed maintenance include reactive, preventative and backlog repair services when required. TBM is also able to oversee and produce Asset Condition Reports as a means by which clients of multiple sites can identify current and future problematic areas of concern. TBM has the systems, software protocols and equipment capabilities to integrate with any client workflow processes and software. As such TBM believes it is well placed to continue to provide clients with their repair and maintenance service solutions no matter how large or small.

Currently we have the following methodology in place to prioritise all maintenance requirements:

  • TBM staff and subcontracted / tradesmen are fully inducted to the client sites and safety requirements.
  • All works order are assessed and allocated a priority rating.
  • All work orders are processed via the Contracts Manager to ensure that the correct Priority Rating is allocated.
  • TBM’s current system assists with allocating a proposed date, time and tradesman to each job and then can also track the progress of the job and information can be received or entered directly from the job site.

At times it may be necessary to organise traffic control when undertaking various repairs and maintenance works. TBM is also able to organise traffic control plans including road closures when required.

Recent and current contracts involve organising of staff and equipment management, liaison with clients and suppliers and the sourcing and implementing new technology. Clients include the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis and Trinity Limited for city office buildings as well as Education Facilities.
